When the crew of a whale watching boat noticed a swarm of Mobula rays passing just under their boat, they raced to film them -- and the result is nothing short of stunning.
This group of about 1,000 is traveling under the water. But mobula rays, cousins of manta rays, are also called "flying mobula" or "flying rays," because they can spectacularly breach out of the water. Here's more great footage of the rowdy rays:
