Stubborn Dog Will NOT Go Out In The Rain

Rosie the dog hates going out in the rain! If you try to get her to go outside when it's raining, she'll hide under blankets, sit and sulk on top of the stairs — and if you manage to get her out, she'll run as fast as she can back to the house.
