What’s Making This Puppy Sick?

Billie the dog can’t seem to move her body — at all! She’s too weak to eat or drink, and she’s covered in itchy fleas. Rescuers found her and brought her to safety, but a bath, water and sleep don’t seem to make her any stronger. Now, they’ll have to take her to the animal clinic. Will they be able to figure out what’s making Billie sick and get her on her feet again?
