This Leopard Loves Men’s Body Spray So Much, It’s Almost Embarrassing

What gets a ferocious-looking feline predator all gleefully-roll-around-on-the-ground excited? Well, apparently for Reno, a leopard resident at the Big Cat Rescue sanctuary in Florida, the answer is quite simple -- and also somewhat puzzling: he loves men's body spray.

To help keep the 100 or so big rescued cats happy, sanctuary staff provide them with enrichment items to play around with and destroy. In this case, a scented cardboard tube seems to be all Reno could ever ask for.

But this leopard isn't the only feline to really, really, really love men's perfume.

About a decade ago, a team of scientists from the Wildlife Conservation Society were studying elusive Asiatic cheetahs in Iran, but since so few of them remained, they had to devise a way to lure them into sight. After trying dozens of different types of scents to attract them, the researchers stumbled upon an unlikely winner -- cologne.

Specifically, Calvin Klein's Obsession for Men. Later tests confirmed that it was also a favorite among leopards, lions and tigers as well. Nowadays, many sanctuaries use this scent to keep their cats pleased and purring.

It's not stated what brand Reno here is having his little love-affair with, but whatever it is, it's clearly working.
