Little Rescue Bird Is So Tiny He Takes His Baths On A Plate
Sparky the sparrow was rescued when he was just a hatchling, after falling 8 feet onto hard concrete below, according to a video about him. Sparky's little siblings didn't make it, but somehow he did. He was rescued by a kind passerby and began to thrive in his care.
Now Sparky is 2 years old, and he doesn't take anything for granted. His favorite part about life so far? Bath time. Definitely bath time.
Each bath starts off with Sparky getting REALLY excited.
He circles his bath time plate for a while, slowly building up the courage to jump in.
Sparky is still little, and the easiest (and cutest) way for him to takes baths is on a plate. So perfect.
Finally, he dips in a toe ...
... and then a beak ...
... until, finally, Sparky is ready to jump into his bath.
Once he's in, he's clearly the happiest bird around. His face says it all.
Sparky loves to splash and play in the water, and the buildup to it is almost as good as the bath itself. Almost.
