Heroic Hippo Saves Baby Zebra From Drowning In River

Sometimes all you need is a little help from your friends. In this video from 2010, a little zebra found a true friend when she got stuck in a raging river and couldn't get herself back to shore.
Instead of letting the poor girl drown, a hippo jumped in to save the day.
The pleasantly plump beast paddled her way over to the baby zebra and nudged her safely to the shore in an epic display of interspecies friendship.
The zebra looked a little dazed and confused after the endeavor, but mostly OK. The hippo even seemed to stand watch over her as she pulled herself together for a bit.
