Not only did this baby squirrel survive being trapped under a burning car, he also survived a deluge of water when rescuers came to put the fire out. Luckily, firefighters spotted him cowering under the car, and held him up to an oxygen mask to help him recover. This video by a witness in Ann Arbor, Michigan shows the whole heroic rescue -- and keep an eye out for mom waiting nearby.
This isn't the only time firefighters have dropped everything to save a tiny animal -- this video of one saving a kitten exploded on the internet last year (though sadly, the kitten did not survive the ordeal in the end):
