Animal Rescuer And Her Baby Goat Are Perfect Yoga Pals

A lot of people think yoga is for everyone, but one woman's Instagram proves that some poses are strictly for kids.

Since last year, Swedish author and yoga instructor Rachel Brathen has been using the photo-sharing site to document her adventures with Penny Lane, her adorable black baby goat.

Naturally, raising the goat involves a lot of cuddling and drinking milk, but the duo have also found time to sneak in a surprising amount of group yoga.

"All she wants to do is sit on our laps and watch TV and climb things," writes Brathen on Instagram.

Apparently, one of those "things" is her mom's back.

In addition to teaching yoga, Brathen and her husband run Sgt. Pepper's Friends, an Aruba-based animal rescue organization named after the since-deceased dog they found in a trash can on the island five years ago.

"I miss him every moment of every day, but knowing that we are making a difference in the world in his name makes it all a little more bearable," writes Brathen. "I see him in the eyes of every dog we save."
