The lyrics from Disney's "Frozen" have spent the past year radiating from our speakers and screens, and are now lodged, icicle-like, in our collective consciousness. Now they've started to earworm their way into the brains of our pets.

Dogs howl for a variety of reasons, but it's primarily to communicate rather than to signal auditory displeasure. (Higher-pitched yelps, on the other hand, are signs of discomfort and should be taken seriously.)
