Dog Acquires New Dock, Evicts Former Tenants

It's a big day for this dog. For the very low price of "free, because I am a dog," he has acquired a beautiful new piece of waterfront real estate.

There's only one problem. It's covered in sea lions.

Although the video IDs the marine mammals as seals, they're more likely to be sea lions, who are more social, emit louder barks and are more inclined to congregate in groups.

It's also important to remember this pup is no role model. In fact, it's best to keep your dog on a leash at all times - interfering with marine wildlife is likely to violate the Marine Mammal Protection Act.

Still, we can't wait to see how this dog decorates the place.
