Man Explains What It's Really Like To Adopt A Dog

When Reddit user TurrPhennirPhan saw another user had just gotten a German shepherd-husky mix, he decided he needed to let them know what they were in for.

The man has the same kind of pup, who's named Juno. And since he adopted her, his life has never been the same.

He wanted to let prospective dog owners know exactly how their lives would change when adopting their own dog, by detailing all the ways Juno has changed his.

For one, he's never in the kitchen alone anymore. Ever.

Juno is ALWAYS waiting to pick up food scraps, so mopping has become kind of obsolete.

There's now never a shortage of happiness and cuddles ...

... and solo car rides are a thing of the past.

Days at the beach now have a whole new meaning ...

... and no matter where he turns, he can never escape Juno's adorable face.

Squirrels don't stand a chance anymore ...

... and selfies will forever include a dog's face.

Now that Juno is in his world, the man's life will never be the same ever again. But, as he puts it ...

... "This is the life I've chosen."
