The animal rights world has been rocked do to the untimely death of the beautiful lion Cecil. There has been outpored support, outrage toward hunting and much money earned for lion preservations. This is a good thing. But we have to look closer at WHY Cecils story happened now, in the middle of August in 2015. A big question that has been on my mind that is less crazy than it sounds:
Could Sea World be behind Cecil's death?
Here are the facts:
Walter Palmer is an American dentist. What sort of American dentist has the money to go over and shoot a lion?
Sea World is an American company but it is not doing well right now thanks to the good work of animal rights community and Blackfish, even two years later.
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/seaworld-earnings-fall-as-attendance-drops-2015-08-06 Cecil was targeted. He was lured out of his sanctuary specifically and then brutally murdered. If you are wanting to make outrage on an international scale about animals, would there be a better target?
But here's the alarming news: Sea World (aka Sea of Lies) just announced it got a large influx of cash, but this announcment has been lost in the shouting about Cecil. Coincidence?!
http://newswatchinternational.com/news/large-inflow-of-money-witnessed-in-seaworld-entertainment-inc-2.html SeaWorld doesn't want attention paid to what's going on. They haven't been above shady practices in the past, like when they had their workers rig a ballot in favor of keeping orcas in captivity or setting up a smear webiste at former trainer John Hargrave.
With the animal rights community distracted toward lions and hunting in Africa, Sea World has less pressure at home. The truth is there are only so many Americans who care very deeply about animals. What's $500,000 to Sea World to distract everyone from what's going on with their enslaved orcas? And while the animals rights world has been sending money to help lions, it's less money to help whales and protest Sea Worlds despeciable practices.
Walter Palmer, denist of death, is in hiding, and Sea World hasn't commented on Walter Palmer yet. What do they know? Of course they would deny everything. I will do more digging to see if Walter Palmer has visited sea World recently.
