Wild Animal Sanctuary

A 720 acre refuge for more than 400 rescued Lions, Tigers, Bears, Wolves and other large carnivores that have been confiscated from illegal or abusive situations. The Wild Animal Sanctuary (TWAS) is unique in many ways, but its ability to rehabilitate and release animals into large acreage habitats where they can live with others of their own kind is unparalleled, as is the design, construction and use of its "Mile Into The Wild" elevated walkway that protects the sovereignty of the animals' domain.
