We must be the voice for animals. Speak up for & defend the voiceless! Animals are sentient beings just like humans! Anything you would feel, emotionally or physically, so also does an animal! Do unto others as you would have them do unto you! Animals are similar to human babies or children.They are trusting and dependent on human adults to take care of them, provide for their needs and protect & defend them when necessary. This includes the animals in the wild! As humans take more & more of their environment, now more than ever, they need other humans to intervene and fight for them! Mankind has always caused suffering to other beings with no regard for their right to a life, unencumbered by cruelty & suffering! Mankind, in general, is self-righteous, destructive, cruel & selfish! There are those of us who are human, but see how horrible so many of our own kind are to the vulnerable beings of our planet. We need to increase our numbers so we can make a stand and create change. We must fight for new & stronger laws & much harsher prison sentences for the monsters among us who torture, kill, abuse & neglect our animals! We must spread awareness of how bad things really are so we can find others to join us. We need each & every human we can get to join our fight! There are many potential, future, animal advocates out there. We just need to find them, to reach them, to make them aware that they are not alone in being one of the caring, empathetic people out there and that we need their voice!! There is strength in numbers and we must increase ours!! Another extremely important issue I'd like to point out here is that WE NEED TO START YOUNG!!! We need to get to the children, ALL CHILDREN, every chance we get! We must educate them on the proper way to treat other sentient beings from the earliest age possible! Even if they aren't your children, don't hesitate to educate them on animal rights. Make them aware of what it means to be a sentient being!
