Amanda is an Anthrozoologist and the Research and Outreach Assistant at Catskill Animal Sanctuary. After she received a leaflet from Mercy For Animals as an undergraduate in college, she decided to change her direction as an artist and instead devoted her life to helping farmed animals. When she is not writing or hugging pigs, Amanda's other hobbies include hiking and cooking healthy vegan meals.
