Kitty-Cam Shows Group Of Cats Reacting To An Earthquake

Early Thursday morning, this group of cats was sleeping at home in Taiwan when their peaceful slumber was suddenly interrupted. That was the moment a sizable 6.0-magnitude earthquake struck.

But, as you'll soon see, they played it surprisingly cool.

The cats live with their owner Pei-Yu Kuo in an apartment in New Taipei City. Kuo has a kitty-cam set up to record their daily life — but he likely never expected to capture a scene like this.

At 5:28 a.m., the ground began to shake.

Though the cats were clearly confused during the quake, for the most part, they remained remarkably composed considering the circumstances. (And thankfully, none were injured.)
