The roof of a 12-foot trailer isn't quite the safest place for a cat, but one curious feline seems to have made it work. When a couple dropped their mobile home off at Camping World near Sacramento, workers went to do standard maintenance on the van when they discovered Max, the couple's cat, cowering in a small space on top of the trailer. According to Camping World manager Andrew Weston, Max seemed agitated -- perhaps because he'd just survived a 60-mile journey down the highway.
"[He] was wedged behind an air conditioner and had a satellite dome in front of it, so that kind of gave him some protection there," Weston told CBS Sacramento. "So [Max is] sitting there, looking terrified and mad at the world... [he] gives me a meow, so I give a meow back."
Weston, a self-professed cat lover, was able to coax Max down from the roof eventually. The little cat spent the rest of the day at Camping World while employees got in touch with his owners, then drove him home -- this time, inside of the vehicle.
