A jaw-dropping photo of a snake slithering his way up some kitchen cabinets has surfaced on a Facebook, sparking reactions from all across the world.

The comment field on the photo, posted on a Just-For-Fun page called "Africa, this is why I live here" with the caption "Africa is not for sissies!" almost became a competition for who could create the best tag line for the image.

"Reaching for the cookie jar is he!!" one commenter wrote.

"Whatever he is after, he can have," wrote another.

"Man," another commenter quipped, "when you see this, that's when you beat the land speed record."

Even here at The Dodo the photo made its rounds.

"That's a b.a.s.," one writer said.

"What kind of a snake is a b.a.s.?" I said.

"Wait," someone else added, "badass snake?"

"BIG ASS SNAKE," a social media editor guessed, "(did I win!??!)"

"Ding ding."

In all seriousness, the photo appears to be of a kind of python, a snake that isn't venomous but uses its body to constrict its prey.

But we all know what kind of snake it really is: a B.A.S.
