Well, this huge crab is on the list not just because it's massive, but due to its rare way of breathing. A giant coconut crab has something called a branchiostegal lung, something in between a gill and a lung which is interesting, since it allows them to breath in oxygen but water is still needed – although these fellows can't swim. Therefore rainy weather is something the coconut crabs pretty much appreciate.
