Man Finds Something Completely Unexpected In Fish Tank
When Matt Williamson went out looking for his lost dog, he never expected to find two other animals in dire need of rescue.
But while he was searching alongside a rural Mississippi road, he noticed something strange: a glass aquarium with the lid sealed shut. When he came toward it, he saw two terrified black-and-white puppies trapped inside.

"As I got closer, I saw these eyes peering out at me and they looked like they needed help," Williamson told WAPT. The top of the aquarium was sealed with cement - whoever locked these puppies inside never intended for them to survive.

Local sheriff's deputies arrived and removed the top of the aquarium, rescuing the frightened pups. They were then taken to the nearby Mississippi Animal Rescue League, where they are being kept together in a quiet place while they recover from their ordeal.

The puppies had a fever when they first came in, and were a little shaken up, but shelter staff hope they'll be able to go up for adoption soon. As for whoever cruelly locked these puppies in a fish tank and left them to die, there are no leads yet. But thanks to Williamson, the pups will get to live the rest of their lives in happy forever homes.
Sadly, there's no word yet about Williamson's own missing dog.
